Regina M. McGowan, RYT-500, began her journey into yoga through a love for asana practice and a desire to bring balance to her life. Her passion and strength, both on the mat and in her life, has bestowed upon her the spiritual name Samarasa, which in Sanskrit means “having equal bliss.” Regina strives to build confidence in each of her students individually, while inspiring them to develop a physical, mental and spiritual balance that they can bring to their lives as well. Finding her roots in the Vinyasa style of yoga, Regina received her 500-hr teaching certification from the Always-At-At-Aum Yoga School in 2012 and is currently one of their senior trainers. Regina is also an Attorney licensed to practice in New York and California, a Reiki Practitioner, Horse Trainer and practices Equine Acupressure.

Nick Viscovich, RYT -500, completed his 200hr yoga teacher training in 2014 and 300hr yoga teacher training in 2017 both with the Always-At-Aum Yoga School. He has received additional training in Hot Yoga, Yin Yoga, Calisthenics, Reiki healing, and completed 200 hours of training in Dharma Yoga. Utilizing his method of "Fearless Flow", Nick seeks to give his students a unique sense of serenity within while physically challenging them to grow. Merging the teachings of the traditional Eight Limb Ashtanga Path with his own creative interpretations on the asana practice, one will not only find peace on their mats but also enjoy the process. Nick also specializes in hand balancing and inversions; you're more likely to see him standing on his hands than on his feet!
