Yoga is for everyBODY. The foundation of Yoga is the breath. Basically, if you can breathe, you can do Yoga! Often, Yoga is associated with only deep poses and to many, that can be intimidating. Yoga is much more than that. It is an un-ending process of self-discovery and self-transformation. Yoga is UNITY. It is not about comparison or judgement. It's about becoming one with Self, The Collective and the Universe. It's about focusing inward, listening to your body and developing a true sense of self and self-love. Yoga can be simple breathwork and focus, a gentle flow or, in some cases, more advanced asanas and inversions but, either way our approach to Yoga is geared toward diversity and individuality. Yoga is a powerful form of self-care. Aside from the physical and emotional benefits, it's an opportunity to escape from the everyday stress and responsibilities and come home to yourself.
Wild Warrior Kickboxing- Ignite and explore your inner warrior. Discover your strength and determination while challenging your mind and body. In this class we will move through a series of movements based on kickboxing techniques, calisthenics and core exercises while being guided to use your breath and fully utilize your own energy centers. Learn to transform stress and fear into power and confidence. Please bring boxing gloves or open finger kickboxing gloves.
