Our Cancellation Policy

We require a credit card to hold an appointment. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% late cancellation fee. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you and your appointment will be considered a late cancellation. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services. Gift certificates may be forfeited for no-shows. If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours in advance, you may request a full refund.
