We have stepped away from trendy skincare and instead, treat the mind, body and skin while supporting the self healing of the client.
We offer yoga classes from beginner to advanced. Often, Yoga is associated with only deep poses and to many, that can be intimidating. Yoga is much more than that. It is an un-ending process of self discovery and self transformation. Yoga is UNITY. It is not about comparison or judgement. It's about becoming one with Self, The Collective and the Universe. It's about focusing inward, listening to your body and developing a true sense of self and self love. Yoga can be simple breathwork and focus, a gentle flow or, in some cases, more advanced asanas and inversions but, either way our approach to Yoga is geared toward diversity and bio-individuality. Yoga is a powerful form of self-care. Aside from the physical and emotional benefits, it's an opportunity to escape from the everyday stress and responsibilities and come home to yourself.
